The wine-press is horizontal with a fibre cage and stainless interior.

The fermentation room is out of stainless and glass fibre.

The wine makings profit from a system of thermoregulation, with group and cooling apparatus. The inertage of the tanks is obtained with carbon dioxide and nitrogen.
