Since more than one century, the grape harvest is synonymous with good ambiance.Between mid-September and mid-November, the noise of the shears is covered by perigordian, basque and sometimes eastern songs.Harvest is handly made; we pay a detailed attention to the grapes, from baskets to the tub, up to the cellar.This is the best way for us to control the quality of the selected grapes.

The wite dry wine maturity reached, we collect sauvignons and part of the sémillons.Grapes are perfectly healthy and fresh and will give a wine, sharp and round at the same time.

Rosy Bergerac Pressed or bleeded, it is the wine of the summer by excellence.The accustomed mainly reserve it as of its setting in bottles.

Red Bergerac We planted additional vines to produce red wine.

Monbazillac wine Tthe floret, the gold of Périgord.We wait every year that the small brook, Courberieux, make assemble the autumnal fogs on the rows of vignes.This morning hygroscopy followed by a beautiful sunny afternoon give the ideal conditions to the appearance of a wonder:the famous BOTRYTIS CINEREA.This mushroom covers grape berries and allows a splendid concentration in sugar.The small sleeping bag thus obtained, also called ' ' rot noble' ' is a gift from mother nature.We then collect by sorted successively each grain, when angers of the sky allow it to us.
